Locavores get your forks and knives and glasses!
On Friday May 11 our Cafe will host CHARCUTERIE WARS, a battle of Ancient Beverages. Five Courses of Charcuterie, each paired with a specific Beer and Wine. This event offers education and insights into beer and wine making and food pairing.

King Estate Tasting Room Manager Quentin Ransone will square off with The Commons Brewers Sean Burke and Mike Wright. The brewery and winery representatives will talk about how each wine and beer are produced and why they chose them to pair with certain courses. Attendees are also encouraged to give their feedback on how different flavors paired with one another.
