Mix:
1@ 14 ounce bottle of catsup
2/3 cup chili sauce or cocktail sauce
1/3 sup Dijon-style mustard
1 tsp dry mustard
1 T soy sauce
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
dash hot pepper sauce
1/4 cup vinegar
1 T lemon juice
3/4 cup brown sugar packed
1/2 t. black pepper
1 T. oil
1/2 cup beer (get creative here – bourbon barrel porter maybe?)
little ‘t’ = teaspoon
big ‘T’ = Tablespoon
Makes about 3 cups of bear barbecue sauce.
